Ozarks, Missouri area employer seeks a solid Plant Controller to manage all facilities financial aspects. Managing an Accounting staff, this position is the plant lead financial executive working closely with other plant management in the effective running of the facility. Great opportunity for someone who loves small town living in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA or CMA a plus and 5 plus years plant level controllership experience required. Relocation assistance is available.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Close Books timely and accurately monthly
Timely and accurately prepare and distribute Monthly Financial Reports
Timely and accurately prepare Account Analysis each month
Timely and accurately prepare Annual Plant Budgets
Provide timely and accurate financial forecasts as scheduled
timing of above to be in compliance with monthly Closing Schedules
Ensure compliance with Policy and Procedure
Monthly review Plant's financial position with Plant Management staff
Orchestrate and supervise annual Blind-Tagged Inventory Physical Count
Orchestrate and supervise annual Fixed Asset Physical Count
Seek continuous improvement in all areas related to accounting, financial reporting and management skills
