A growing food and beverage company located in Missouri is currently searching for an Corporate Safety Manager. The Corporate Safety Manager works in an office environment and, with plant managers and safety coordinators, designs and executes programs that build a consistent culture of safety in all locations; identifies and corrects at-risk behaviors and conditions; and ensures OSHA compliance efforts company-wide are executed as planned. This person audits locations to develop corrective plans for at-risk behaviors and conditions, while ensuring a culture of safe behavior and compliance with OSHA, both federal and state, at all locations. This person will develop and administer required policies and procedures for safety and OSHA compliance and develops, recommend and maintain current, appropriate internal safety policies and practices. They will provide and/or support all required training mandated by OSHA. and assist with and evaluate incident investigations to determine the root cause of injury and the at-risk behavior.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-BA/BS in Industrial Safety or related field or minimum of 5 years' experience in safety
-Demonstrated experience working with multiple locations and teams
-Knowledge of both federal and state OSHA standards and requirements
-Extensive knowledge of safety management principles
-Solid working knowledge of the workers' compensation processEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
